команды у патча не срабатывают как у других патчей, в терминале она даже красным подсвечена, хотя другие правильным зеленым )

Спасибо за развернутый ответ, проблем в новой версии действительно хватает. Использую macOS похожим образом и очень не хотелось бы мириться с тем, что базовые вещи теперь работают через жопу.
Ставил Tahoe на втором ноуте на i9 и там всё было крайне печально с производительностью и стабильностью. По положительным комментам к GG думал, что в ней многое исправили и больше таких проблем нет, но похоже увы.

Да, Пользователь администратор.
Little Snitch, Lulu не используется.
Другой сервер для другой программы не используется.
Возможно запущена копия сервера, еще из вариантов проблема с правами либо что-то блокирует сервер? Тут не могу точно сказать, я пошагаво все делаю согласно инструкции.
