At some point this app used to work over Wi‑Fi with my iPhone after I first connected the MacBook and iPhone over USB, but now it doesn’t. When I plug the iPhone in via USB it appears normally in Finder (and the app). I’ve checked the vendor’s instructions on their website and it looks like I’m doing everything right. I’m currently using version 4.3.0 (without the “fix” – I’m not sure what that is for).

Если App Cleaner не заработал (просит лицензию) и вы в сердцах его уже удалили, то не отчаивайтесь! Выполните со скрина пункт 1 и запустите App Cleaner из папки Программы. Будет «выёживаться», игнорируйте и идите в его настройки.

Не забудьте очистить Корзину.
В Системных настройках/Конфидециальность и Безопасность добавьте Терминал в двух местах: Доступ к диску и Управление приложениями.
Установите свежую версию и примените патч в Терминале, как на скринах.
Заблокируйте App Cleaner файерволлом.
В настройках App Cleaner отключите Аналитику.
