Error description:
- errno=13 means "Permission denied" – the macked.app.dylib library is either missing, corrupted, or doesn't have read permissions.

Remedy:
Run the following in Terminal (with password)
sudo chmod 755 /Applications/Adobe\ Lightroom\ Classic/Adobe\ Lightroom\ Classic.app/Contents/Frameworks/macked.app.dylib

sudo chown root:wheel /Applications/Adobe\ Lightroom\ Classic/Adobe\ Lightroom\ Classic.app/Contents/Frameworks/macked.app.dylib

If necessary, correct the permissions in the entire Frameworks folder:
sudo chmod -R 755 /Applications/Adobe\ Lightroom\ Classic/Adobe\ Lightroom\ Classic.app/Contents/Frameworks

You can also use the new version Adobe Activation Tool v2.1.4.

P.S. Comrade "macnavarra" is absolutely right – it's better to drink Gordon's GIN Classic and watch a TV series than install Lightroom! :)
